I’m making a manifold and want to hook up my uv Sterilizer for the best results?

Let’s say I have the pvc from my return pump add 3 t do the first 2 for my reactors and the last t for the uv on the out out of the Uv so I put it back into the return chamber or use another t to connect it to the return pipe
