How to increase flow in sump

So I’ve been running my reefer 900 for a month now.
I’ve noticed the water is pretty stagnant on the right sump tank.
Looking for ideas to increase flow.
I want to add a roller filter, algae reactor and also a skimmer.
What would be a good approach?

Small power head or small pump circulating water between last and first chamber.

Setting up a 900 myself. Wanting to use the separate sump as a frag tank and worried about flow. What did you end up doing?
