Just tested my ph in my display tank. It is reading in at 7.7 how would i increase the ph to a good level.

It might help to figure out what is lowering it first. My pH used to hang around the same level and I found the CO2 level in my house to be the culprit. I added a CO2 scrubber and I hang at 8.1-8.2 now. I had trouble with dosing anything just for pH because of it's tie to alk. Any additive made a change to alk levels as well and ultimately was only temporary.
How is everything in the tank? If everything is doing well maybe just monitor your pH level and the tank inhabitants for a while. It may be fine where it is.

You need to test your pH near the beginning and end of your photoperiod and on multiple days to really know the true range.

You also need to know your Alk level.

One test result without other data is not enough info to base any changes on.

My fish seem to be breathing heavier than normal but my inverts seem to be fine.

I would not be sure it is accurate, but there are many ways to raise it if needed. These include fresher air to the room, fresher air to a skimmer inlet, more photosynthesis, a CO2 scrubber on a skimmer inlet, and high pH alk additives.\

How did you measure the pH, when did you measure it (time of day) and how did you calibrate it?

My pH and Alk has been sat at 7.8-7.9 for weeks. I am slowing increasing dosing for the Alk but just today I added a Co2 scrubber. I assume that there will be a moderate (positive) change but as there are no obvious ill effects other than potential slow growth it's more of an experiment than anything.

Hold on ill test all my parameters and show them.

These are the ones i did for now, i can do phosphate and others when i get home from work.

Like Randy said, also what works really good is range hood that pumps air outside . Erv/hrv system also can be added to the house

I agree should try to get to the bottom of the cause. I would definitely check your alk. What’s the surface of your water look like? Is there movement? My smaller tank had low ph even with water movement. I ended up adding an air stone to one of the chambers and it helped a lot.

Alkalinity is probably the most important parameter to know in this case...

Is this a quarantine/hospital tank that's currently being treated with copper?

How is your gas exchange?

I dont know about gas exchange and i do not have a hospital tank. I will see abiut getting an alkalinity test kit.

Do you have a skimmer running? Do the powerheads push water toward the surface of the water? Gas exchange is accomplished by allowing the water to make contact with air...

I do not have a skimmer running and i will aim my flow and powerhead directly at the top of the water when i get home, i am looking into getting an airstone that will stay in the tank permanently.

I really wish you would have posted all the information in your other thread about your fish dying, etc... Or better yet, not added this thread.
It's almost impossible to help if we only have 1 piece of the puzzle (and the rest are in another, active, thread!)

Ok, i will only use this one from now on.
