thanksPersonally, I wouldn't be all that exact about it...but that's just me. Typically, 1/2 cup salt mixes with 1g water to make around 1.026 salinity. I'd make up a gal or 1/2g of any mixture of concentrated saltwater and maybe add a cup or two to the 20g tank every couple of days until the salinity you want is obtained. You can always cut that down or increase it if a single cup dose of your concentrate doesn't make or makes too much of a change.
Thanks this is super helpfulYou could also just replace your top off with salt water. It doesn't have to be seawater level salinity as that would raise it too quickly, but start at like 1.05. It'll slowly raise it up to your salinity. Test after a day to see if it's a slow enough increase and adjust salinity of the top off as needed.
