I would like to opt for an oversized UV for maximum affect against parasites and would like to know if any of you know how to install it on an AIO tank? I won't have much sump space to play with, it's roughly 50cm by 12cm wide and 45cm high not including all the baffles, thanks.

Assuming a typical AIO, you won’t be drilled for a bulkhead. That means going over the top of the back wall with flexible tubing, and you may not like the look— usually one reason for an AIO is for a “clean’l self-contained look. Thirdly, you probably would have a tough time fitting a sufficiently sized pump (One that will produce enough flow for the UV) in any chamber— assuming again you want to pump over the top.
