How to kill digitate hydroids??

My tank virtually erupted with these things in a matter of days! Any solutions on how to get rid of them? Thanks for the help!

Feed less and epoxy over. You can also manually remove them with tweezers at thier base...just dont drop them or itll be back somewhere else.
