How to know what stage should i get for the RODI water? and how many gpd? i have 80 gallon freshwater i use rodi for, and 60 gallon salt?

A lot depends on your water quality coming out of the faucet , after my last move I had to add an additional carbon and a silicate removing unit . Aqua fx in Orlando can help you with guiding you to what you need . Or go to a local place near you which sells RO units and they would better know your water quality and what you need for your tank

I had a unit i was using, and i was getting 0 tds. but the unit broke? so 5 stage?

If it was giving you 0 tds then either try to fix what was wrong with it or go out and duplicate what you had
