Can someone please point me to the article or calculator on how to accomplish this? Thank You

DKH drop x water volume x 0.123 = ML of muriatic acid to add

Example: 10DKH down to 8 in 50G of water

2 x 50 x .123 = 12.3ML

I add it directly to my mixing station. I would never add it to a tank with inhabitants. It quickly lowers PH, so it needs a day to mix to bring the PH back up.

I'm sorry for being a stupid newbie. What if I do not have a mixing station?

So, the acid lowered it but this morning it went right back up. What am I doing wrong?

Anyone have a recommendation what brand and where to buy the acid? I'm scared that there may be additives in the "cleaning" solution.
