How to lower ammonia yesterday

long story short, my sea slug died, sent my ammonia off the chart and I won't be able to get to a pet store for two days. I have enough salt for a tiny water change (don't push stuff of your shipping list kids), but not enough for a difference. Other than that, I have stress coat dechlorinaytor, trace minerals, charcoal and iodine. Any ideas of what I can do with practically nothing? That is, other than pray

If you cant do water changes nothing really.

Dont clean algae and hope it absorbs nutrients.

There are ammonia removing products but i have had bad experiences

Don't do anything that will raise the pH of the tank. Do not add any alkalinity buffer!

A product like Seachem Prime would be ideal.

Update: I made it to my lfs and did a 50% water change. I got my ammonia down to .25-.50. I didn't feed anything today and probably won't feed tomorrow, plus filter socks have been on 24/7 instead of their usually night-only regime. I had one feather duster pop its cap, and one is climbing out its tube, two couple that, one of my feather dusters look like its dying, but my hermits or bristle worms aren't attacking it, so it may be saveable

Check salinity and make sure to replace/clean filter sock religiously. It will build up ammonia/nitrate if you dont.
