Starting to wonder if I just have a bad batch of Reef Crystals as some of my corals(especially chalices) seem to be dying off
Also since I'm having issues with algae not growing it seems that the salt may be the issue. I have a very good skimmer, my sal. is at 1.024, cal is 370, alk is 8.2, phos and nitrate are undetectable though that is with using old test kits(phos/trate). Fish seem fine, water is crystal clear and I've always had decent luck with corals so not sure what else it could be...
EDIT: Salt is good, test kit was good(as far as I know) but my testing method was bad.
