How to make a wave with MP40s?

I love these pumps, but I am having issues creating a good "wave" motion in the tank. I have them connected to my APEX, but just can't figure out how to best set them up. Any ideas?

The pulsing mode and is how to create a wave, how long you have each pulse set is how fast or slow the wave will be.
