So I have a small tank (Nuvo 16) and I want to make a slow release feeder for ADULT live brine shrimp. I had a few ideas... But still want to see what ideas other people have. It will mainly be for my mandarin. (Yes I know the difficulty with them), I add thousands of home grown poda weekly and he is trained on frozen. Thanks!

You can use an airline tube and a restrictor. Either gravity feed it or use a pump like Toms aqualifter. You can use a timer and have it turn on the pump a few times a day so it's not constantly running.

I'm pretty sure Paul B has a DIY on a shrimp feeder. Let me see if I can find it.

EDIT TO ADD:

HERE's Paul B's DIY on a shrimp hatchery and feeder. Hope this helps or gives you some ideas.

I think it's just a tupperware container with some holes punched in it if I'm not mistaken. Basically the same principle as the worm feeder.

I haven't seen those worm feeders before...i see it has a suction cup part, does it stick to the side of the tank and then the brine swim out the holes?

Pretty much, only the holes might be a little too small for adult brine shrimp. You might have to modify it a little if you want the brine shrimp to swim out on their own.

This works great or you could even just use a mesh with small holes. They are pretty easy to make

I almost wonder if a blackworm feeder would work. California Blackworm sells a small and larger feeder for $1.49 and $1.69, respectively HERE.
