When I moved residence, I moved a full 125g w/ a 30g sump. No losses. My fish and a good amount of water went into a brute trash can on wheels, while my rock went into coolers. Most of the rock had corals on it. In your situation, I'd try my other method that I used when upgrading to a 240g. Get the biggest kid's plastic pool and drain all your water into it. Place the corals, rocks, and fish in it and set the tank wherever you need to. It'll be like a shallow lagoon. Being that your moving to a different room, I'd set up the pool as close to the new location as possible for returning everything. After I drained the tank and moved it, you might need a couple of buckets or a trash can to hold water for corals and fish when the holding pool's water gets low. This worked for me and was just a thought. Someone might have a better approach. Good luck
