How to move an anemone?

So my sebae anemone has been staying in the same place in the front of the tank for a long time, but now it wedged itself in between the glass and a rock. Is there a way to move it to a better place to see it and make it easier to feed it?

You can't move it without tearing it's foot. You can, however, change the flow and lighting around it to encourage it to move on its own. That said, he went there because he liked the conditions there best, so you'll want to make the place you hope he moves to recreate those conditions
