If your zoa colony is not glued down, I would take the whole thing out of your tank. Remove & carefully scrape any remaining aiptasia from that one spot and seal it with some super glue.
Never attack them with tweezers, they have a defence mechanism that will spit 1000's of babies into the water if disturbed. Better to use a natural method like Peppermint shrimp.Or you could pull it off with tweezers too, that would probably be safer
I used the aptasia-x tonight but it was kind of hard to as it seemed like it wanted to recede. I sprayed it all over it so hopefully I got it, if not I will try again.
