How to program a delay to my protein skimmer

I want to have a delay built in to my protein skimmer pump turning back on after a power failure.

It's located in the sump and the water level raises when the main pump has power interrupted during an outage.

The water level raises and will fill the skimmer's collection cup till the level in the sump stabilizes.

Use a defer statement.

Defer 005:00 Then ON

This will wait for 5 minutes after power is restored to start your skimmer. I also have a setting so that if the power to my return is lost, that the Apex will cut power to the skimmer...

If Outlet RD3_RETURN_1 = OFF Then OFF
