So, I have a non-GHL doser that is dosing every hour on the 30 minute. I’m trying to figure out how to program a switch channel to turn on every hour from 25-35 so the doser fluid is mixed when dosing.

Using a normal timer only lets me set a small number of intervals. Cyclical timers don’t seem to have a way to set a specific start time. Is there anyway to do this?

If you set the dosing rate to 1ml/min and added 24 x doses (at hh:25) like this (I only did 2) would it acheive what you wanted?

Hi,

Use a Dosing pump channel of Profilux:
-> set flowrate to 1ml/mn
-> Set dosing times to Automatically
-> Set Dosings per day to 24
-> Set Rate per dosing to 10ml
-> Set Always dose at that time to 00:25:00
-> Set Daymod to In day-intervals and Interval to Repeat every 1 days

Then set you switch channel to function Dosing pump 1

@Gaël ´s suggestion is very good - but it can be done with a normal cyclic timer too. The cyclic period always start with the wait period, Therefore - if yo at the time xx.35 start a cyclic timer like this. It will wait 3000 sec (it means till x1:25) and after this start a 600 second on period and switch of at x1:35 and the wait period restart

Hi @Lasse,

Unless I am mistaken, if the Profilux is restarted the trigger time will be shifted, no?

Did not think of that :) - I have not tested. Probably your right. I use this function to run feeding machines in a fish farm for a long time. But - to be honest - never check what´s happen during restarts.

@Gaël - Your correct it start time is based on the function being created, so a restart does have it start at the time the profilux rebooted.
