Hi all.

I have an RODI unit with two solenoids. One is powered in the Plug bar and connected to the mains water supply and one is connected as a bypass to the flow restrictor (to act as a flush).

I plan to use the Min Max function to have the plug bar turn on the RODI unit with a low level indicator on the fresh water tank. Then to turn off when it’s full too.

I also want to have the flush activate anytime the mains is opened (for 30 seconds) to send the first bit or RO water to waste (as it is usually very high TDS). How would I programme this?

Also can't find many instructions on how to mount the the float switches, the magnetic bar wobbles left and right very easy. Any advice?

Thanks, Joe.

Any help here please? Really need some guidance how to programme this.

Worked it out.

I have the fresh water tank with 2 float switches. Then set to max/min function and assign the RO unit solenoid to the switch channel.

When the min float switch is activated it opens the solenoid and turns on flow to the RO unit.

Then the second solenoid is assigned to programmable logic 1. The input for this logic is ATO full water 1. When this switch is activated it turns on the second solenoid. I then set this second flush solenoid to pulse. 20 seconds.

The RO unit has water but the flush is open for 20 seconds first. When the fresh water tank is full, the mains solenoid is turned off and the RO unit stops water production.
