How to raise ph?

Yeah some are hard to read, this is the API colour chart, very easy to read. Any hint of purple and you’re good.

Just did a test and this is what I got. Defineatly not 7.6 which is what my apex says. Looks somewhere around 8.2-8.4 but hard to tell. What does everyone else think?

Definitely over 8, my guess is 8.3.
Try filling a 2nd vial with plain tank water, putting it next to the other vial, makes it easier to compare.

Just calibrated my apex probe and it went right up to 8.27. I must have done it wrong the first time. Thanks!

Aquarium controllers seems to have issues with pH and salinity that stand alone devices do not have as frequently. Not sure what the issues always are, but temperature measurement and compensation, air bubbles, and algae growth on them may play a role in many cases.
