How to Remove a Frag Plug Without Pliers Cutters

My plier cutters are rusted shut but need to remove the bottom of a Frag Plug from a new frag so I can mount it...how should I go about doing this? I have a Dremel...should I use that?

Yeah, just the stem... didn't think they'd be so easy to cut off with scissors

Yes, a dremmel will cut it off.....or a saw such as a hacksaw or coping saw.

Dremel. Its been by coral fragging tool of choice for 20 years.

Dremel works great on the plugs you can cut with bone cutters to like the ORA and some other plastic versions.
