hello everyone,
I currently have a 29 gallon biocube with 4 smaller fish in it and a few corals. I have a sunrise dottyback in there right now. He's been in there since the beginning which is almost three years now. He has become a problem lately because every time I go to put a smaller fish or shrimp in he will bet the crap out of them until they die. He also pushes around the other fish in the tank as well. Any ideas on how I could remove him?

You're lucky its a small tank.. Couple methods:

1.) Is fish trap and lure him in.. sometimes this works, sometimes not

2.) Remove rocks and take him out

That's what I say is same thing. You could always shoot him like I want to my damsel that I can't get out of my 125 gal tank

Never another dottyback for me! Had one that would shoot across the tank in a flash and bite off the eye stalks of the hermits. He went back to the LFS. Drain the tank down kinda low and use something as a partition to wall it off into a corner where there is nowhere to hide.

You're going to need a more aggressive fish to crush him jk :)
