Hi-
I'm the CEO of Ada Diamonds (we make bespoke fine jewelry with lab grown diamonds) and I am trying to transplant the glass boxes of a few of my showcases to a new style of base. I figure this is the best place for me to get advice on working with plates of glass in a layout similar to my showcases
I'd love any advice you could share on how I might safely remove the 4 pieces of glass I have from my current showcase.
A few specific questions for you:

A few specific questions for you:
- Is there a recommended adhesive remover that I can use that does not damage the glass?
- Does heat help soften the adhesive to make it easier to get a razor blade between the glass and the adhesive?
- The 3 vertical pieces of glass are in a slot beneath the surface of the current base. Is there a cable saw or other tool I could slip in the cut the adhesive out of the slot, or do I need to disassemble the top of the glass first and just try to rock the vertical pieces of glass out of the slot?
