How to remove mushroom from base rock?

This JB is in base rock ... Any easy way to remove these out? Badly wanna sell these lol.

I've done it with RTBA but I've heard it works with mushrooms also
Rub a Ice cube over them and they should let go of the rock

Get some bone cutters and take off a chunk of the rock it's attached to? Idk, maybe not the easiest way lol

*edit well maybe not "bone cutters" but you know what I mean.. those mean looking coral clippers. Mine rusted out and I tossed them at some point.

Anyone else tried this? My ice is city water with chlorine etc..
