How to remove panacur from live rock?

I dosed panacur on my live rock and sand in preparation for dwarf seahorses, but I decided to not get them now. How do I remove the panacur from the rock/sand, if it is possible? I want to keep zoas and gsp and mushrooms in the tank.

Fenbendazole to my knowledge can be cleared up with carbon.

In a reactor, in a media bag in a high flow area of the sump. Take your pick really, just need to run carbon to clear it up out of the water column.

Thanks! What about the panacur particles in the sand/live rock? I heard that panacur is absorbed into rock.
