How to remove possible infected head

I bought a Sun of god three days and today I noticed a brownish (looked like BJD) on it. Right now it is in somewhat of a QT, but I was wondering whether I can put epoxy on it to simply seal it off. The three other heads look to be doing fine.

Dremmel? Hacksaw? Wire cutters?
Any of those will work.
