I got my water icp tested and going down the list of a few low things. Most a water change/dosing will fix like slightly low potassium and chlorine. However I had a "high" arsenic of .051 (recommended 0 to .01) and molybdenum was high at .021. Molybdenum says to use high quality salt mix (thought red sea reef pro was) so no big deal but is arsenic a contaminant of some salt or no? If not how do I lower it/find the source?

Thank you
Cody

Where are you getting your source water from? Activated carbon should reduce by 40 - 50% within the tank, however, if it is in your source water you might want to change your anion resins out as that should, along with RO, remove 90-95%. Really, after carbon blocks before your membranes and anion after you should have very little unless your source water is extremely high to begin with. ;Nailbiting

Did you have your rodi water tested also?

You might want to verify that you do indeed have high arsenic. Do a quick search on high arsenic and you'll see that quite a few others -- including myself -- are getting some high arsenic readings from icp testing.

It seems arsenic is extremely difficult to test for in seawater and even the slightest miscalculation or miscalculation cause an incorrect reading. A second test from another icp testing outfit would go a long way toward ensuring you're not chasing a ghost.
