How to Removed Ghost Base Alarm Alerts

Does anyone know how to find and remove an alarm/input that DOESN'T Exist but still sends alerts on Neptune? I keep getting an alert for my Reservior if it's over 13.5 inches of water... (((ITs not over 13.5" of water...Not even close to that amount.")))) two, my rATO Res name has changed. I went to my basealerts and yep, that If statement is not there as well. Checked my other FMM, and yep, it doesn't exist under that name as well

Click on the LSS, click the advanced tab, what does it say for alarm? Does it say "never"?

Hi, thanks for your response, I checked that last night, played with it by selecting the various options to include (NEVER), and still received notifications from this Ghost/Phantom device

Try restarting the apex through fusion?

I did that and now a MAG alert said I was below the levels...but I am not...probably a software glitch...I already sent a ticket to Neptune, hopefully they can see what I can't... THanks for your assistance
