How to rescue a bleached bta??

We had a heatwave and my tank temperature went to about 31 degrees, both my nems bleached. They is slight colour left more of a pink. How do I bring them back to health now everything has returned to normal?

Feed them some quality food. I had a bleached coral come back once, and all I did was target feed it reef energy and zooxanthellae from phycopure. Obviously there is no way to say if that saved it, but it would'nt hurt.
