How to rid Aptasia from Chaetos?

I have a healthy growth of chaetos in my 75g tank and I want to move some to my nano tank. However, my chaetos is infested with aptasia. I don't want to bring any to my other tank.
What's the best way to rid the aptasia without killing the chaetos?

I would consider putting some peppermint shrimp in the refugium that currently has the chaeto
