I am in the process of nursing my anemone back to health. I would like to keep the clownfish off the nem to reduce it's stress. Does anyone know of a good way to keep the clownfish off the anemone?

I don't have a spare tank or anything like that. I am looking for a solution I could put over the anemone if possible.

That is the only thing I could suggest is separate them. You could maybe make some sort of cage the you could put the anemone in. I have seen at the LFS were the use a cheap plastic basket that they put the anemones in at the top of the tank to protect them. That might work for your situation.

That's what I was thinking, or an acclimation box for the nem.

I just remembered that I have some spare egg crate from my frag rack. I think I'll build a cage out of zip ties and tie it to the rock. Hopefully it doesn't block too much light.

Well it's nothing pretty but might do the job. I tried to position it directly below my light to avoid shadows.
