How to set up second tank

I have a 55 gallon reef and have a destructive engineer goby. I have a spare 29 gallon tank that I want to keep it in. I also have multiple filters. What should I do ? Or should I just give it away?

I think the 29 gallon is too small for an engineer goby. I would try to give it away to someone who can give it a nice home.
