What size ozone generator is the best for a 250 gallon system? I know I've seen .3-.5 mg/h, but I've seen @Randy Holmes-Farley recommends a lot less? I've found a nice 50mg/h generator with a drier and ORP controller. What do you guys think?

I just bought the 50mg/hr so I hope it clears my water

You cannot size it but use an orp meter to turn off ozone when needed. "Sizing" is done by orp readings. For a 250 youd be fine with a 220mg ototek unit.

Yeah, it has an ORP controller. But what orp do I aim for?

350 iirc is stabdard. But if your starting orp is below 300 id set it at 300.

I think you can look for an uptick in ORP and that will be adequate, as opposed to saying some particular target is necessary or desirable if the goal is less yellowing of the water.
