how to stop daily newsletter

I'm getting newsletter emails every single day and it's a bit much.
Is there a way to change it to once a week?

Same here. I tried to change my preferences, etc. and still get so many emails.

I check the forum super regularly anyways, I ain't need no updates via email. XD

It seems it’s not possible to change it to once a week. It’s everyday or nothing.
I kept it because I dont want nothing
