How to tell if sps have enough flow

So I'm just wondering for my monti cap if this is enough flow for my montipora

My monticap has thrived in extremely low and higher flow, so I think it's on the less critical coral list in terms of trying to balance things out in your tank (can't view the video right now, but I'll try to take a look later).
