How to treat Ich

I think my clowns have ich. And one of them is being beaten up by something. My tank is 45 gal and has been running for 7 months. No new addition to the tank since February. And yes I use a qt. I did a 50% water change last night to get the water down low enough for me to treat a few spots for aiptasia last night. My water tests all came back in the normal range before the water change. Testing water again now. No corals yet. But I do have snails and hermits and one emerald.
Please help!!!

I would advise the op to follow advice given above and in disease threads on treatments.
