How to treat Kole in TTM

What do you think this is on the Kole...
I’m mid way through TTM and it’s just gone through it’s first 48hour prazi pro treatment in the third transfer.

He/she is eating and swimming around fine.

How long has that spot of discoloration been on the fish? Did you just get the fish? Was it shipped to you?

It was shipped to me, I’ve had it for 7 days. Only noticed it when I did my first transfer.
