How to use API GC and Seachem Focus?

So my fish has stringy white poop, probably internal parasite. I am using API GC and focus. They are both powder, how do I use?
Right now, I got 2 Hikari cubes in a cup, 2 scoops from API GC and Focus. Added some selcon and garlic.
Do I need water to mix it? Because right now the cubes are just sitting on the cup with drops of supplements and medication on them.

Let the cubes thaw. Should be enough water then to mix it all together.
Mix it really well so you can't see particles of the medication anymore. Let sit 15 minutes.
Pull out the gooey solid bits with as little liquid as possible.
Feed just a bit at a time. Let the fish consume it all and then feed a bit more. Repeat.
Try not to let inverts eat any. Although if a shrimp grabs a piece and eats it, it'll probably be ok.
You can freeze the leftovers and try feeding them again the next day.
Sometimes fish will take the re-thawed food, sometimes not.
Feed once daily for 10 days or so.

So should I put tank water for it to thaw

I'd just wait for it to thaw. Give it half an hour or whatever time it takes. No need to add more water.
