How to use kalkwasser?

Hi guys I'm just trying to understand the instructions on kalkwasser. It says add 1 teaspoon to 4L of water or if using pure water add 2 teaspoons...what does it mean by pure water?
I'm using RO water, do I add 1 or 2 teaspoons to 4L?

This is a strange product description. Calcium hydroxide is only used in pure (fresh) water in the context of reef aquaria. I think what they're trying to say is start by mixing one tsp per gallon of fresh water to start. The max is 2 tsp/gallon.

Ahh thank you, I think I understand now. I dont think its meaning a different type of water it's just talking about making the stronger concentration, I think it worldly badly isn't it
