How to use Polylab Medic

So I bought this med and it read to put 2 scoops into tank. They are little balls so do I put it into a cup and dissolve it then into tank or just put the med into the tank and let them dissolve?

Send a picture of what you have. Your description of it is strange and I want to make sure you have the same thing I have.

I'm sure they would of said to dissolve it in a cup but it's just add that you put it right into the tank

Ok, that’s the bottle I have. I won’t bother with explaining what the “little balls” are, but I’ll tell you what to do. First, how big is your tank and how bad is your ich problem? How many fish do you have and what are they? Any corals/other organisms?

120 gallon tank
1 blue throat trigger, 5 yellow tail damsels 1 flame hawk. 3 LPS corals
Then a CUC and a few cleaner shrimp.
Newest member is the trigger 1 month in tank others have been in tank for 6 to 7 months
Everything is zero rates are around 15 to 20.
Trigger last night had white spots this morning also this afternoon nothing tonight some white spots
Nothing on anyone else
No option to take out since I have like 180 lbs of rock.

Let me get my bottle to do the calculation. After I figure out how many scoops you need this is what you’ll do: every morning before lights come on and after lights turn off you will pour x scoops of the salt into a water bottle filled with tank water. You will shake it vigorously and let it set for about 15 minute. Then shake it again and pour into tank. Continue for ten days. If the ich goes away, stop treating. If ich doesn’t go away, message me and I’ll help you figure out a plan B.

Each scoops helps for 50 gallons, so you should use less then 2.5 scoops.

@EvanDeVita this worked great fish looks great. Stopped after 10 days and the trigger looks great and the yellow didn't even seem to get it.
Here's a before and after pics.
Not a good shot of the after but all spots are gone.
I know it's probably still in the tank but the fish are healthy and strong.

Haha I’m so happy to hear I helped! I’m a believer in the theory that ich is always in a tank.

How did this all go? Im guessing its reef safe?? I may have a blue tang that could be the start of ich.. unfortunately not really able to set up a qt tank. I also too have corals in the tank did you notice anything different treating your fish with your corals?

I noticed no negative side effects whatsoever.
