How to wire t5

I have odyssea ballast for t5 and i want to know how to wire them to new lamps t5 i do not know how to wire it probably .. i ordered this ballast and 2 t5 45 watt lamps to make diy t5 lamp may any one help ?

Its not the same wires ! This 6 wires but mine is 4 wires
