If you mean how do you join NARC; well, that's just as simple. We don't have an organized club with officers, members, rules, dues, by-laws, internal bickering, etc. We're just a bunch of local reefers that get togather from time to time to see each other's tanks, ask questions, and most importantly EAT. We haven't had a meeting in quite some time but stay tuned for more info. Tomoko is our "unofficial" organizer and the person who had been around from the start of what we have been calling the North Alabama Reef Club (NARC).

Feel free to jump right in. Your questions will be answered by somebody on here.

well im glad i feel welcome i would really like to connect with some reefers in florence that is more knowledgable than me

wow mine is not as fancy as yours but ill get there i lack much saltwater knowledge but i am applying everything i know about biology that i can to make my tank better i know more the biology of the tank rather than actually keeping a tank . like evaporated water is clean so i recycle my water by catching the evaporated water nd letting it flow back into the tank also adds oxygen to the water

plastic wrap sealing the edges of my lid on my tank and line the top angleing the lid you can have it drip into fuge by hanging some kind of fabric or cleen sock on tank that absorbs water off lid
or just have it drip rite into tank

more the water is absorbed and dispursed the more oxygen added its quit natural and thats what i want on the tank

but on a bigger tank i would find some kinda sponge run an airline into it for added oxygen attach it to the underside of the lid and bam now you have your own personal raincloud if you use coverless a plastic screen catches alot of water and can cover the whole top of a tank

Be careful, the excess humidity may wreak havoc on any electronics such as lighting. I always try hard to expel as much humid air from my canopy as possible.
