I'm not going to mention names.
I ordered a frag pack last week(3-10) in the live sale. Paid immediately. I asked if I could switch a piece out for something else. He responded yes, we can work out the details later because the sale is crazy(I was very happy that I could do this). I understood this & had no problem with that. I didn't get an response until 4 days later(3-14), saying when he can ship, but not answering the question I'd asked. I sent a reply asking that's fine, but what can I switch the piece out for. No response, so the following day I send the same message(3-15). During this whole time he is posting in his forum & putting up new sales. I even posted in his own forum asking about getting in contact with me. I see that he's posting more sales. That was the last straw for me.
I didn't get an answer until I made a dispute with PayPal(3-16). He said we can handle this outside of PayPal & he'll make me a happy customer. In a PayPal response I told him I didn't enjoy the service that I was being given. I would just wish to get my money back(3-17). I filed a claim at night on (3-17) because I didn't want anything packed & shipped & get really screwed. Now I wait until PayPal gets a response from him & it goes to review.
Now call me out on my crap. Am I being too unreasonable?
