Would like honest opinions on my scape. I plan on a mixed reef with mostly softies.

Stability, functionality, and ability are things to consider in addition to the way it looks. Can you clean the glass all of the way around the inside of the tank? Do you plan to secure the rock work together to gain added stability? Are you planning to focus on corals, fish, or a mix? You have some great platforms to put corals and nice archways for fish to swim through, but may not be places for smaller fish to hide (may or may not be an issue). Are you planning to stay bare bottom or add sand? Good luck with this new setup - it already looks good and will look even better soon when you start adding livestock!

I generally like the left structure, but epoxy it really well. I’d turn the “o” rock in it’s side.

As others have said, I like the structure on the left, and would "flatten" the right structure so your tank is not horizontally symmetrical. Remember that once your corals grow out you will lose any fine details of a scape, so stay focused on general shapes.
