I have a Reefbreeders LED with a 45% max and 2x 39w T5's.

I am going to the majority SPS corals and a Clam. the numbers good enough, or would you recommend I increase the LED or even squeeze another T5 bulb in somewhere?

That is pretty cool, how did you get you par readings? what type of LED do you have? and I would say try increasing the LED for the bottom corals

That's with the Photon24 fixture. Maybe I'll bump it by 10% over the next few weeks and see how that goes.

Par is from Biotek BTM3000

Those readings are fine I wouldn't change them much. The 100's par are good for LPS and zoa's you may put on the bottom of the tank. Getting any higher and you lose that difference and it becomes harder to place corals. Not all corals like 300 to 400 par and so you have to balance the readings from top to bottom of the tank. That way you can place corals in the light they need. So use those readings to properly place and accumulate any new corals. You don't want to start new SPS right out at higher par they need time to adjust to the lights in your tank.

I just remembered as well that LED par reading errors is off by about 10% so with that in mind, if I increase by maybe 5% on the LED it would bring me back up to my #'s
