How's my scape?

I think it looks awesome! and depending on how you lay out your coral you can maintain some as bare rock such as the pillars and have them rise out above the coral.

That's actually one solid rock however I found one that helps off set it a bit what do ya think?

Very envious

I love your scape!

One of the best quotes I have seen about reef hard-scapes is that the "rocks are the skeleton of your reef". Sure you will put coral all over the rocks, and they will truly shape your reef, but you are going to stare at that skeleton for quite some time. That skeleton forms the base.

I am in the process of putting together a scape of my own. Theory and rules are all good and great, but it takes serious skill to perfect the execution. Sadly I understand the theory, but lack the skill to execute as well as I would like.

Your particular scape has wonderful depth and slope. The slope helps keep higher placed corals from shading lower placed corals too quickly. You have left plenty of room for adequate water flow through and around the rocks, and there is a definite sense of motion. Your eyes really get drawn in and around your scape! Great work!

Today I Added a firefish (so pretty), CBB alrdy eating pods present in the tank and frozen mysis, have a wrasse in QT, large green stag that lost its color in shipping hoping it bounces back, a Duncan from DD. Also added bonded pair of orange spot gobies with tiger shrimp from DD, tomorrow I'm getting 11 sps frags and 5 Lps from yourreef.com always good stuff from them.

And ordered a mp10 Qd Should be here Friday. Tunze just wasn't moving enough water.

Little cloudy right now I'll post an update Friday

Negative, this is just a new tank the rock/sand is from a 300g that was set up for a long time I sold the 300g and placed all the rock/sand in another tank I had and kept everything alive.

Keep your fingers crossed on that, the rock just went through about 2 week black out due to what I believed was bryopsis in the old tank, it all went away however I'm seeing some strands of something popping back up. [emoji52] I used mostly new water for this new tank so I'm hoping I can take advantage of this and keep the phosphates/nutrients way down and kill it off before it takes a grip again.

That looks pretty BA boss, well done!
