My hubby wants to take the 50g I'm upgrading from. He's going to put a Flame Angelfish and a Snowflake Eel in it. You guys have any other compatible possibilities I might suggest to go with them?

Anyone? It's a 50 long so we're thinking maybe a small humu trigger?

EDIT: Scratch the trigger. I was getting bad info. Very bad.

Haha, not surprised you said that XD.

He wants a dogface puffer. I know their full size is far too much for a 50, but how long do you guys think it would do okay if he got a very young juvy?

Are there any Arothron puffers smzll enough to stay in a 50 long?

A Toby puffer? This is one that was for sale near me it's colors are amazing

That one's cool..... :)

I think he's hoping for a puffer that might let him pet it...

I'm biased towards valentini puffers :)
Also, dwarf lionfish are pretty cool.
My puffer is a bit skittish when my hand is in the tank, he won't let me pat him but I can hand feed him just about anything.
A black spotted puffer would be a great centrepiece fish to build the tank around!

Can't u pet a Toby?
I don't know. I was hearing about how smart and personable the arothron (where the dogfaces come from) genus is, though.

I will take a look, thanks!

I just found out the common name "black spotted puffer" can refer to the dogface puffer aswell as the Toby I was talking about.
Canthigaster jactator is it's scientific name. Amazing looking fish!
