Tank is only 2 weeks old and going through its nitrate cycle.

Should I do a water change to get ammonia down? Will that help the cycle more faster ??

It is all part of they cycling process, I would just be patient. I personally don't do any water changes up until I read zero ammonia during my initial cycle. I usually then do a 20% water change. I have used microbacter 7 to help reduce the cycling time, IMO it worked well.

Yes! The Ammonia will convert to Nitrite and then to Nitrate.. Take it slow and monitor it! Any questions feel free to ask..
