I recently got an amazing orange branching hammer, it’s a aquacultured but originally from Australia
It has the absolute largest single head I’ve seen on a hammer coral. It’s legit would be confused with a wall hammer, it’s about 2.5-3ins across
I haven’t seen its mouths to count, I don’t want to annoy it too much, it’s stressed from travel.
Wanted to share and see if others also have these thick large branching hammers !

I see branching Euphyillia species periodicly split into three polyps instead of two and they look like a "wall" species for a while during the process. That would be my guess what you are seeing.
