Does anyone know where to buy those huge rectangle frag plugs I've been seeing?How come people prefer to grow the colony out on the huge plug than on the rock structure? And is there like a pro to growing it on there?

Do you reccomend ceramic or aragonite for the plugs and would you rather have a 2" or 3" for it to grow out on?Check oceans wonders, they sell ceramic or aragonite.

Do you just rest it on the frag rack? I don't see a like plug stemI prefer the aragonite 2" square tiles myself. But my frag tank is only 67 gallons ... If something outgrows that then I can always glue another larger tile under
