Thank you @Bulk Reef Supply for your great customer service! I needed to purchase an item that was priced on your site quite a bit higher than a competitor. Yes I could have just ordered with the competitor, but 1.) there were some other items I needed that the competitor did not carry, and 2.) I had a BRS gift card to use. I emailed with no reply, contacted live chat and they asked to try sending it again and ensured that I was sending it to the right email (they also said I should get an automated reply instantly if the email goes through). I tried again and did not get the automated reply. The person I talked to on live chat said to call in and they would be able to price match it. I just called and they priced matched it and asked if I was ready to place the order. I said I was, but had some other items I needed to purchase and had a gift card. She said no problem and pulled my account up and double checked everything in my cart was what I needed to order and then got the gift card number. It was seriously just as easy as ordering online! So double thumbs up to you and your great customer service team!!
